This development cycle focused on the parts of Pipe Pilot that get touched constantly in the field: dimensions, selection, callouts, rolled geometry and saving work reliably.
Callout Mode
Callout Mode can now carry heat information and custom notes directly on the drawing, keeping fabrication information tied to the component it belongs to instead of forcing the user into a separate reference list.
Selection + Geometry
Hover highlighting makes it obvious which fitting or line is about to be selected. Underneath that interface improvement, the rolled 90° engine now handles exit-path miter and roll calculations for non-planar routing.
Drawing Control
Dimension lines can now be dragged and magnetically snapped into cleaner positions. A double-click opens direct measurement editing, reducing the amount of rebuilding required when a field measurement changes.
Callout Mode
Numbered itemization and spool or piece identification can now live directly on the iso. Callouts are draggable so dense drawings can be organized without losing the connection between the label and the actual component.
